Building Homes, Building Hope.

305 E. Texas ReStore Now Open!!!! Grand Opening June 20. Come see our new location and the new merchandise that comes in daily!

With your help, Midland Habitat raised $300,000 to earn a 1:3 matching grant from the Abell-Hanger Foundation to purchase 305 N. Texas for $425,000, the Restore is complete and office renovations are underway.

The building is 24,000 square feet with loading dock,  parking and fenced outdoor storage, for $425,000.  Midland Habitat recently received a budget estimate for a 12,000 square foot metal building with loading dock and parking area for 1.2 million.  Needless to say, 305 N. Texas is a very good buy for the affiliate.  Basically it is double the square footage for less than half the price!

A new location was a necessity. Midland Habitat for Humanity has outgrown the current location housing both the administrative offices and the Habitat ReSTORE.
